We’re looking into ways we can provide support for parents as IGGY develops and grows as a community. We recognise that being the parent or carer for a gifted child raises lots of issues and dilemmas. We would like to hear what support, advice and ideas you want, so head over to our Contact Us page and let us know what we could do that would help you out the most.
IGGY’s Academic Principal Dr. Adam Boddison will be providing regular updates on the latest research and best practice in gifted education around the world. We will also feed back from the IGGY members so you can share their thoughts and suggestions.
Parents and carers play a huge role in the development of gifted young people. Although IGGY’s primary focus is on its members, we’ve got strong links with organisations like Potential Plus UK (formerly NAGC, the National Association for Gifted Children) who work hard to help families with gifted children.
