Community Manager and Customer Engagement
Tomi is a "digital aficionado". She is a pro at social networking and digitally hanging-out. As Community Manager, Tomi spends her time interacting with members to ensure they get the best out of IGGY. She is also in charge of IGGY's digital marketing; from developing communication strategies and content plans for IGGY's social network sites, to producing and advising on content for IGGY members. The coolest part of her job is keeping on top of feedback from members, planning competitions, and giving away prizes.
Tomi has a PhD in Digital Media and Culture from the University of Warwick. At the other end of the spectrum however, she sings like a nightingale (wink!)
